Information you provide
If you send a message through the Contact Form 7 form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you enter. We use this information to read and respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Contact Form 7 sends submissions by email to the site administrator. We have not enabled a separate form-submission database. Correspondence may remain in the administrator’s mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to answer the question, keep a record of the exchange, or address a related issue.
Technical information
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process server logs and technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. WordPress and LiteSpeed Cache support the site’s publishing and performance functions.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator login and site operation. Caching and security functions may also use technical cookies. At the time of this update, Google Analytics and advertising are not active on CrispOnCents, and the site does not claim to use Mediavine or Journey ads.
Site Kit by Google is installed but has not been connected to an analytics account. If we later enable non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent choice before those technologies run where required.
Other services and external links
Yoast SEO generates search metadata and a sitemap. WP Recipe Maker displays structured recipe cards. ShortPixel is installed but has not been connected to an image-optimization account. Links to outside sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared with providers only as needed to host the site, process contact emails, maintain security, and deliver the functions described above. We do not sell contact-form submissions. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet applicable obligations.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent through the form, contact us using the same form and provide enough detail to identify the message. We may need to verify a request before acting.
